In June 2025, Gauss Control successfully delivered an Endomate™ 80A dual-cells RX generator to Mubea de Mexico, designed to provide atmosphere protection for its automotive steel tube annealing furnace system. This project, as a model of international cooperation, showcases Gauss Control’s expertise in advanced manufacturing and global delivery capability.
Given the international nature of the project, Gauss engineers traveled to Mexico in two separate teams and successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and heat treatment process trial. The client, Mubea Group, a multinational company headquartered in Germany, required that the delivery and acceptance standards fully comply with EU industrial regulations, reflecting Gauss Control’s commitment to quality in every detail from design to execution.
The delivered equipment uses analog signal + S7-TCP communication, achieving fully automated data interaction and control with the annealing furnace system. The process is entirely free of manual intervention, ensuring atmosphere stability and robustness, and significantly enhancing on-site control capabilities. The client highly praised Gauss Control’s technical strength and service quality.
